INTRATEK Group should be understood as one integrated commerce operator with three connected in-house departments: Retail, B2B Trading and E-commerce Studio. It is not a passive umbrella, not a loose site collection and not an agency with side projects.

Retail operates the group’s market-facing businesses, currently Avada, Kinitorama and the Avada Business Program. B2B Trading manages supplier relationships, imports, procurement, bulk B2B sales and export activity. E-commerce Studio shapes concepts, builds storefronts and systems, launches projects and continuously supports the digital layer behind the group.

The model links customer demand, supplier-side capability and digital execution inside one practical operating structure.

Core operating logic:

  • Retail commercializes through brands, merchandising, customer activity and repeat demand.

  • B2B Trading strengthens supply through supplier access, imports, commercial terms and bulk-commercial routes.

  • E-commerce Studio builds and supports the storefronts, systems, integrations and workflows that keep the whole model moving.

Commercial Structure

The market-facing layer runs through Avada and Kinitorama inside Retail, while Intratek Trading manages supplier-side and bulk-commercial activity. E-commerce Studio remains the internal build and support layer behind the whole system.

B2B Trading Department

Intratek Trading is the supplier-side and bulk-commercial department of the group. It manages supplier relationships, imports, commercial terms, procurement for Retail, approved professional accounts, wholesale and export activity through intratek.eu and the b2b.intratek.eu ordering environment.

Avada

Flagship Retail Business

Avada is the group’s flagship retail business for home, living, workspace and hospitality. Inside Retail, it acts as the main current commercial proof asset and also includes the Avada Business Program for business customers buying for their own operational or project needs within the Avada assortment.

Kinitorama

Curated Technology Retail Brand

Kinitorama is the group’s curated technology retail concept, built around tighter selection, stronger presentation and slower, deliberate expansion. It gives Intratek Group a cleaner consumer-tech proposition without turning into a broad commodity electronics store.

Intratek Group is open to selective partnerships that strengthen live operating projects rather than abstract corporate positioning. Partnership is secondary to the operating model: Retail, B2B Trading and E-commerce Studio remain the core of how the company creates value.
